Ensure important front line services are maintained, keeping OPEN all our Sure Start centres, libraries and leisure centres and protecting the weekly bin collections and budgets for looking after vulnerable residents and repairing the roads and pavements. We manage budget reductions in the fairest way possible for all - AVOIDING job losses wherever possible.
A Fairer Deal for Southampton
Keep Council Tax down. We froze Council Tax in 2011 and will freeze it again in 2012. We will keep the 10% pensioner council tax discount.
