Councillor Michael Ball has lived and worked in Southampton for nearly 20 years after becoming a graduate of Southampton University. As a qualified Chartered Accountant Michael has previously held various senior financial roles for both Hampshire and Nationally based businesses.
Currently Michael runs his own management consultancy business which is based in Southampton and balances this with his personal life that. As a happily married, proud father of two girls, Michael enjoys walking, cycling and countryside pursuits with his family.

Brian has lived and worked in Freemantle for over 40 years and first represented Freemantle in 1979 enjoying over 20 years as your local Freemantle Councillor.
After a brief move to the Shirley ward between 1992-1996 Michael has now returned to his spiritual home of Freemantle. Previous achievements have included being the Sheriff of the City in 2007/8 and also Mayor of the City in 2002/3 and 2008/9.
As one of the longest serving members on the City Council Brian's knowledge and experience is well placed for serving the interests of Freemantle and Brian has a particular interest in Social Services and Education.
Cllr Jeremy Moulton

Jeremy is Deputy Leader of Southampton City Council and Cabinet Member for Childrens' Services and Learning. Previously, for 4 years, Jeremy was Cabinet Member for Resources and Finance, with lead responsibility for the city's £500m budget.
In 2010 Jeremy was the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Southampton Test where he slashed the Labour majority.
Jeremy serves as the city council's representative on the Hampshire Pension Fund and is a member of the city's Port Consultative Committee. He also represents the city council on the Hampshire Fire and Rescue Authority and the Hampshire Police Authority. Jeremy is a strong advocate of elected police commissioners and is campaigning to protect local policing in Shirley and Portswood.
Jeremy is passionate about education and is a school governor for Freemantle Academy and Lord's Hill Academy. He was instrumental in securing £35m of investment for two new city academies and in keeping the Civil Service Sports Ground in Shirley safe from developers.
