Peartree gets fair investment from the Council, and that this is
directed where people want it"
Matt has been a councillor for the Peartree Ward since 2008. He lives in Southampton, initially working in a postroom but at the moment devoting his full time to Peartree Ward.
Matt is also the chairman of the planning panel and shadows the Environment and Sustainability cabinet member on flooding issues. Matt has particular interests in protecting Southampton's green spaces and promoting our local history.
