The data you provide will be retained by STCA - Southampton Test Conservative Association (“the data holder”) and used by STCA & Steven Galton to keep you informed with our local news & actions or to pass on to the Council in terms of general recommendations related to the survey responses. It will be used in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and related legislation. The data holder will use the data we collect for the following purposes: (i) contact you in the future by telephone, text or other means, even though you may be registered with the Telephone Preference Service, without asking for further permission. (ii) To pass on your replies to the Council as part of a call for action. Your data will not be sold or given to anyone not connected to the STCA or the Conservative Party itself.
